RETURN POLICY

Final Sale

Pre-loved items are sold "as-is." 

Please note that all shoes, handbags (including luggage), jewelry, clothing, and accessories are FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted for these items.

**MAUVE is always delighted to provide additional photos or answer any inquires to ensure you are making your best informed purchase prior to order completion.

 

Initiate a Return

Please email www.shopmauve.co@gmail.com to initiate a return with a description of item(s) you wish to return along with reasoning.

Items are valid for exchange or refund in the form of a store credit if items are in original selling condition within 5 days of purchase date. A handling fee of 10% will be debited from all refunds.
